酒質/Tasting Notes：清爽明亮的石榴紅色澤，散發出淡淡菸草燻烤味和黑色水果的濃郁香味，富有多重層次感，優美平衡的酒體，如絲綢般柔美的單寧，尾韻持久香醇。
Addearance：a wine showing considerable depth og colour with
certain violet hues now giving way to shades of red. It is a very bright cherrny colour,brilliant,clean with very intense ruby-red glints. Pronounced ,dense tears can be seen.
On the nose：the characteristic green pepper smell associated with Cabernet Sauvignon can be detected. Definite vanilla and toast aromas from the wood come through.
On the dalate：a smooth,flavouful,plasant wine;in the mouth it is clean and clear of defect ,without any edges. A well-balanced wine with smooth tannins. It reveals flavours of tosat and vanilla with a long finish.

BALBAS 拜爾巴酒莊
拜爾巴酒莊始建於1777年，同年建造了第一座地下大酒窖。 超過兩世紀的歲月裡，斗羅河岸區獨特的風土條件裡，拜爾巴莊園融合了傳統與現代技術，創造出厚實典雅的特點。在這塊沃土裡，拜爾巴奉獻了四代的熱情，造就屬於自身高貴的釀酒藝術。成功的秘訣在於所擁有的90公頃葡萄園及此地區最著名的田帕尼優以及少量的卡伯內和梅洛。
所有的葡萄完全由手工採摘。為了保持高品質的作物，每公頃產量只有1000公斤。在尊重環境的前題，我們選擇了最環保的修剪和其他技術方法，生產出屬於拜爾巴莊園優雅風格的葡萄酒。
Balbas Winery was founded in 1777, the same year that work started on the first underground wine cavern marking over 200 years of tradition and four generations dedicated to the noble art of winemaking in the Ribera del Duero.
Over 25 years have gone by since Balbas Winery along with a small group of local wineries created and developed what today we know as the Denomination of Origin of The Ribera del Duero.
From this moment we have tried and managed to achieve a blend of 200 years of tradition with modern and advanced technology in the elaboration of our wines illustrating the powerful elegant characteristics of our terroir and demonstrating the skills of the great wineries of the region.
