Schloss Wachenheim 源於西元 1888 年，由 Friedrich 和 Ludwig Bohm所創立的氣泡酒酒廠，目前是全世界氣泡酒最大的生商之ㄧ。每年特里爾公司銷售汽泡酒、微甜汽泡酒、紅白酒、調酒、無酒精飲料…等總數量達2億3千萬瓶，產品分布超過80幾個國家。

The Sektkellerei Schloss Wachenheim AG is one of the world's largest producers of sparkling wine. The company's roots trace back to the nineteenth century. The traditional producer has since developed into an international enterprise with subsidiaries in Poland (AMBRA) and France (Compagnie Française des Grands Vins). Every year, the renowned Trier-based company sells around 232 million bottles of sparkling and semi-sparkling wine, still wine, liquors, and non-alcoholic and wine-based drinks. The sparkling wine producer markets its products in over 80 countries on all continents. Each day, around 800,000 bottles are distributed to consumers around the globe. With 1,135 employees (of which 243 are based in Germany), the company generated 293.4 million euros in turnover in the 2011/2012 business year.
