酒質/Tasting Notes：1998年莊園主發現這一區80~100年以上老藤產出的葡萄酒品質特別突出優異，所以圈劃出這個葡萄園，用以釀造Lalande de Pomerol最出色的老藤紅酒。一棵樹上通常只保留4串葡萄。莊園主在採收前必須天天到葡萄園裏品嘗葡萄，確認成熟度。有時一行葡萄樹的採收要進行2~3次以確保葡萄的成熟度。此處葡萄園是由一組25人的專業團隊全年無休地照護，這是嚴格管控與保有最佳葡萄品質最好的方式。另一方面在酒廠裡，有另外一組人負責確認每一顆葡萄顆粒都如要求的健康完好。依年份的不同，採用的橡木桶是由法國各處的森林篩選而來，主要源自Allier森林。每桶酒都在細心看護下，以便決定何時裝瓶。這就是Ambroisie的誕生，一款特別的佳釀，可以滿足最挑剔的味蕾。

這款酒是Lalande de Pomerol產區最頂級的紅酒，100% 全新法國橡木桶中桶存約18個月，每個年份僅釀製1000~3000 瓶(超限量)。

1998 manor discovered this region's wine vines output quality is excellent, so circled the vineyard to brew the best Lalande de Pomerol wine.  A tree is usually reserved for only 4 bunch of grapes. Manor  needs to go to the vineyards tasting grapes every day before harvest, confirmed maturity. Sometimes one row of vines to be harvested 2 or 3 times to ensure the maturity of the grapes. Here is a year-round care of the vineyard by a group of 25 professional team. This is the best way to maintain strict control of the best quality grapes. On the other hand in the winery, there is another group of people responsible for confirming each grape particles such as requiring all health intact. Depending on the year difference, and used by the French oak forests throughout screened from the main source from Allier forests. Wine barrel under the attentive care, in order to decide when to bottling. This is the birth of Ambroisie, a special wine, to satisfy the most discerning taste buds. This is a top producing Lalande de Pomerol wine.
