酒質/Tasting Notes：  馥郁的野草莓，多汁的覆盆莓加上與皮革交錯鮮明的石榴及土質磨菇氣息；絲綢般的口感圓滑柔順，鵝絨般的酒質細緻優雅，尾韻悠長。
Fragrance of wild strawberries, juicy raspberry and leather plus staggered distinctive flavor of pomegranate and earthy mushrooms; silky smooth mouthfeel supple, velvety wine quality delicate, long rhyme.

適飲溫度/ Serving temperature： 16~18℃

建議搭配/ Food matches： 此款佳釀可以獨自飲用。然而與魚、鳥類與義大利麵都可以是非常好的搭檔，亦可搭配野菇及青蔥調配的義式燉飯，洋李搭配的鴨肉或烤羊排皆宜。
This section can be drunk alone. However, fish, birds and pasta can be a very good match, also can be paired with wild mushrooms and scallion of Italian style risotto, plum duck or lamb chops with Safe.
