酒質/Tasting Notes：層次性的方式表現出他的特色。這樣的方式使的複雜優雅的果香味從中顯露出來，像是葡萄柚清新的香味和橘子融合現割青草而來的香味，展現出他濃郁持久多變的個性，這款酒的新鮮、多汁，皆表現出了熱帶氣候活躍酸度的性質，提升了果香的鮮度也延長了香味在口中的餘韻。

Vinification
The fruit was hand picked in the early morning and then carefully transported to the winery in small 14-kg boxes and 400-kg bins, where the grapes were destemmed, crushed, and then pressed to best preserve their natural acidity. To maintain the wine’s aromatic potential, most of the juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks at 12°–15°C (54°–59°F) using yeasts specially selected to highlight aromatic compounds at low temperatures. Special care was taken at each stage of the process to prevent the grapes and juice from coming into contact with oxygen, to preserve natural fresh fruit aromas. The batches were aged on the lees for 3 months to enhance texture and volume on the palate.
Winemaker's Comments
A greenish-yellow colour, our Sauvignon Blanc Max Reserva 2013 delivers surprisingly intense herbal aromas thanks to the cold year, with standout tomato leaf and green chillies mingled with citrus aromas such as lime and grapefruit rind and a subtle hint of white flowers. The palate is tense, with a notable acidity that is refreshing and nervy. Medium-bodied and well structured, with a mineral mouthfeel from the wine’s unique terroir.

    伊拉蘇酒廠 ERRAZURIZ

    伊拉蘇酒廠創立於西元1870年，其優異的釀酒傳統早已成為智利葡萄酒最具代表性家族。伊拉蘇家族成員也曾擔任智利二任總統，在智利極具聲望。為紀念創始人而命名之葡萄園Don Maximiano Estate，位於首都聖地牙哥北邊100公里Aconcagua Valley產區，生產整個家族最重要的紅酒，包括Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva Merlot Reserva及酒廠旗艦級“Don Maximiano”。自1991年酒廠也開始嘗試種植Merlot，Cabernet Franc，Syrah，Sangiovese及Nebbiolo等品種。除了主要葡萄品種Cabernet Sauvignon，Chardonnay及Sauvignon Blanc以外，酒廠主人Eduardo Chadwick先生除了依循傳統，更嚴格要求每個過程及細節以保持葡萄酒的高品質外，亦不斷進行改革工作。1996更進一步與聞名全球的加州葡萄酒教父Robert Mondavi建立技術合作，創建Sena桑雅酒廠及Caliterra卡瑞泰拉酒廠，為智利葡萄酒樹立新世紀典範。智利從原本只生產內銷葡萄酒，而今日智利己躍升為國際性葡萄酒生產國，也建立了屬於自己的頂級酒風範，而其中伊拉蘇酒莊更被譽為【智利之最】。

    Don Maximiano Errazuriz founded EL Errazuriz in 1870 in the Aconcagua Valley, 100 kms North of the Capital, Santiago. Errazuriz's philosophy is best expressed by Don Maximiano who said, "From the best land, the best wine". Today, the tradition of quality lives on with Don Maximiano's descendant, Eduardo Chadwick. Eduardo is the sixth generation of his family to be involved in the wine business.Eduardo has overseen the modernisation of the winemaking technology at this historic estate while maintaining a distinct identity for its wines. Dedicated to producing estate grown wines of superior quality, Errazuriz has built a reputation as the "Best of Chile". In 1995, Eduardo formed a partnership with Robert Mondavi and his Napa family in California with the desire of creating a Chilean wine to rival the world top wines.
