Winemakers from father to son near the town of Auxerre, Chablis is halfway between Dijon and Paris.
The Vocoret family grows grapes for four generations. A vineyard located on clay-limestone hillsides, which now has fifty acres which are carefully picked the most famous vineyards of Chablis.
In the cellar, the wine remained traditional and bottling is made exclusively to the property.
