酒質/Tasting Notes：Corvina(葡萄品種:科維納)普遍生長於義大利Veneto區(威尼托) 以及Valpolicella鎮(伐波里契拉)，又稱Corvina Veronese，據說已在當地生長四千多萬年，經常與Rondinella(羅迪內拉)以及Molinara(莫林納拉)兩種葡萄品種混合釀造Valpolicella(伐波里契拉)和Bardolino(巴多利諾)紅酒。該葡萄品種的成熟期較晚，難以捉摸，例如在收成時後若受雨水影響容易腐爛，高品質的Corvina所釀出的酒會散發一股柔和的水果/杏仁香氣，酒體豐滿強勁有力，堪稱Veneto區最富表現力的主要品種。力帕索紅酒“Ripasso”Valpolicella自Tommasi酒莊出產的Ripasso獨特的地方是使用Amarone溫暖且乾燥的葡萄渣，再加上新鮮的Valpolicella再一次發酵而成。這個過程，只在少數的好年份中使用，遺傳了豐富的個性及優越葡萄酒的特性。富有辛辣的胡椒香和少量的葡萄乾香。主體厚實飽滿，濃郁、辛辣，口感並帶有櫻桃味，完美的平衡與滿足的滋味。Decanter雜誌給予了★★★★Margaret Rand’S Top New Valpoicellas的超高評價。 
Corvina is an Italian wine grape variety that is sometimes also referred to as Corvina Veronese or Cruina. It is mainly grown in the Veneto region of northeast Italy. Corvina is used with several other grapes to create the light red regional wines Bardolino and Valpolicella that have a mild fruity flavor with hints of almond. These blends include Rondinella, Molinara (and Rossignola for the latter wine). It is also used for the production of Amarone and Recioto. In Valpolicella, Corvina generally makes up to 70% of the blend. It is also used, at a minimum level of 85%, to make the Garda Corvina DOC."Ripasso" TOMMASI is the unique result of refermenting TOMMASI Valpolicella, Classico Superiore, on thewarm dried grape skins from which TOMMASI Amarone has been pressed. This process, used only in rare vintage years, imparts the richness of character and personality of a great wine to an already superior wine.Refermented on the Amarone grape skinswith the method “Ripasso” ; 18 months in Sloavian Oak barrels of 65 hectoliters. Intense ruby red. Rich spicy black pepper nose with a hint of raisins. Full body, very intense, spicy, sweet cherry flavours.Well balanced and full of flavours.
