酒質/Tasting Notes： 美國白宮國宴專用年份氣泡酒款，傳統手工轉瓶香檳法製作，略有青蘋果及熟成柚子的酸甜滋味，開瓶後散發出淡淡地奶油和檸檬香氣；入口後有清爽葡萄柚和柳橙口感，礦物明亮滋味在口中環繞，是一款適合百搭食物的氣泡酒款。


“The 2010 Blanc de Blancs open with fresh aromas of green apple, juicy pineapple and ripe grapefruit. The fruitful nose is complemented by developed nuances of fresh baked brioche and lemon tart. Bright flavors of grapefruit, lime and pineapple, are accented by a slight minerality on the finish. The plate is crisp on entry, with a long, tangy and refreshing acidity.”

    星鑽酒廠 SCHRAMSBERG

          星鑚酒廠位於加州那怕山谷區裡的卡利斯托加，最早建立於1862年採用傳統香檳釀製方式釀製多款氣泡酒。星鑚酒廠是是加州第一個生產優質氣泡酒的酒廠，並且是美國酒中最符合法國香檳釀製品質與風格的酒廠。

    在將近50年的沉寂後，傑克及潔米戴維斯再1950年時開始以法國香檳釀製方式釀造氣泡酒，而今星鑚酒廠由休傑克及潔米戴維斯之子戴維斯負責經營管理。
    1972年尼克松中國之行選擇Schramsberg Blanc de Blancs帶到中國“和平祝酒”， 爾後更由此成為白宮經典國宴用酒款。

    Schramsberg Vineyards is a winery located in Calistoga, California in the Napa Valley region. The vineyard, which was originally
    founded in 1862 produces a series of sparkling wines using the same method as champagne. Schramsberg is considered one of the
    premium brands in the production of sparkling wine in California and the first U.S. wine to "match the style and quality of the best
    French Champagnes".

    After nearly 50 years of inactivity, Schramsberg was acquired by Jack and Jamie Davies in 1965 who began producing champagne method wine.[8][9] Today, Schramsberg is managed by Hugh Davies, the youngest son of Jack and Jamie Davies.
